Play at the Pump Terms and Conditions
A person under the age of 18 years may not buy or redeem for a prize a NM Lottery ticket in New Mexico.
All sales are final. Unsupported payment card types are at the discretion of the New Mexico Lottery and include, but are not limited to credit cards, Pre-paid cards, Loyalty cards, Government EBT cards, etc. Payment cards and card accounts are the responsibility of the cardholder and the issuing institution.
By participating, the player agrees to all game rules, policies and procedures set forth by the New Mexico Lottery and must adhere to New Mexico state laws.
All winnings of $600 and below will be remitted directly to the player\xe2\x80\x99s account linked to the card used at time of purchase. All winnings above $600 will be subject to the New Mexi co Lottery claims and payment procedures.
The lottery receipt is for information purposes only and has no value. Payment of claims is owed to the valid player's card account debited at time of purchase. In the event that a card is lo st or stolen, it is the player's responsibility to follow the Winnings Validation Process as outlined on the How to Claim page.
A play limit of $75 per card per week has been imposed. The player has the ability to exclude his/her cards for Play at the Pump lottery play on the Self Exclusion page.
